Reporting a bug
Please include:
- What you were trying to do (e.g. “merge four PDFs”).
- What happened instead (error message, blank page, wrong output).
- The device and browser you were using (e.g. iPhone 15, Safari 17).
- If possible, whether the issue is reproducible.
Do you accept file attachments?
Please do not send us the original files that triggered a bug. Because we don't receive uploads by design, your document contents are none of our business — describe the file shape instead (page count, source, roughly what it contains).
Feature requests
If there's a scanner or PDF tool you wish we had, tell us. We keep a public roadmap of the most-requested features and prioritise based on how often they come up.
